Structure and function:

The valve packing machine is mainly composed of fuselage, flight mechanism, control mechanism, weighing mechanism, bagging mechanism and other components, with automatic and manual bag dropping functions.

1. Fuselage: welded steel structure, high strength, large steel, beautiful and light.

2, the flight mechanism: the 3kw motor drives the main shaft impeller to rotate, the rotating impeller will send the dry powder mortar, through the discharge pipe into the bag.

3, the control mechanism: insert the material bag, touch the micro switch to start filling, when the material filling to the specified weight, the weighing control system sends a signal, the computer valve works, the control mechanism action makes the cylinder close the discharge port, the filling stops, while the pressure bag cylinder shrinks, loosen the bag.

4. Weighing mechanism: composed of computer scale, sensor and scale body. When the material is filled to the set weight, the sensor transmits a signal to the computer, and after the computer processing, the output control signal, the motor stops running, while closing the discharge port, stopping the filling and automatically loosening the bag to ensure that the bag weight is qualified.

5, bagging mechanism: with a unique and novel automatic bag press device. When the dry powder mortar is loaded to the designated weight, the cylinder closes the discharge port and the automatic bag feeding device works.

The equipment integrates automatic weighing and filling, and can be used in combination with conveyor belt and vertical sewing machine to realize automatic measuring, filling and sewing of different materials.
