Regarding this problem, we set up two material level gauges on the finished product bin above the packaging machine to detect the level of the material inside. Only when the material level is lower than this level, the material above will be put into the blender and start mixing, so as to effectively avoid the damage of glass beads and ensure the stability of the coating rate.
