Dry mortar production typically involves five core process stages, including raw material handling, automatic batching, mixing, conveying, and packaging. 1) Raw Material Storage and Transportation
The main raw materials for dry mortar include cement, sand, fly ash, additives, etc. After arriving at the factory by bulk tank trucks or ton bags, the raw materials are stored in corresponding raw material silos (tunnels).

Henggang customizes raw material silos of different specifications and quantities based on the customer's raw material types and usage, and is equipped with bucket elevators, screw conveyors, or pneumatic conveying systems to safely and efficiently transport the raw materials from the discharge point to the corresponding silos.


2) Measurement and Weighing
During production, various raw materials need to be precisely weighed according to the formula ratio and then enter the mixer.
Henggang customizes multi-bin automatic batching systems for customers, selecting different feeding methods based on the characteristics of the raw materials to ensure the accuracy of each batch's formula.

3) Mixing and Stirring
Mixing and stirring is the core环节 of the dry mortar production line. The various raw materials weighed according to the formula enter the mixer and are stirred for a certain period of time to ensure uniform distribution of each component.

4) Packaging and Bagging
The mixed finished mortar is sent to the finished product storage area for temporary storage， and then packaged by the packaging machine.
Henggang provides fully automatic valve pocket packaging machines， open pocket packaging machines， ton bag packaging machines， and one pair of bagging machines can be selected based on the customer's production volume and packaging specifications.

5) Palletizing and Wrapping
The bagged and packaged mortar is stacked neatly on pallets by the palletizing machine， and then wrapped with heat shrinkable film by the wrapping machine to form a stable unit of bags on the pallet， making it convenient for forklift handling， storage， and transportation.
