From June 1st to 2nd, the mid-year meeting of HUAN GANG in Qingdao was held as scheduled at the company's headquarters. All staff from various offices across the country returned, and those who were unable to attend participated in the event via video. Over the course of two days, everyone reviewed the journey they had taken from January to May and analyzed the new strategies for the future. 

The first item of the meeting was that each office director took the stage one by one and presented a PPT report on the work summary for the months of January to May and the plans for the following period. There were no empty phrases; it was all about the essential details - how much was accomplished, where the shortcomings were, how to proceed next, and why it could be accomplished. Each point was clearly explained. 
The self-evaluation and the evaluation of the company are not kept hidden either: all the shortcomings, the areas that need improvement, and the suggestions for the company are all laid out on the table. The follow-up visits to old customers, the development of new customers - everything is systematically reviewed. The new demands of the customers are all clearly known. 
Each person analyzed a real case that they had handled. Some talked about their successful bidding experiences, some recounted the painful lessons of losing the bid, some explained why the clients were willing to refer them, and some described how they handled sudden on-site failures during after-sales service. 
The on-site discussion was lively and the amount of information was huge. Learning from others' strengths and making up for one's own weaknesses - this principle was put into practice. 

In the afternoon, the network section analyzed domestic and international online information data - where the clues came from, which channels were worth focusing on, and which devices customers were interested in searching for, presenting the information with actual figures. 
The sales general manager, Mr. Shan, gave a summary, affirming the efforts made in the first half of the year and clarifying the strategies for the second half. Mr. Meng led everyone to review the company's development history and look forward to the future direction, which greatly motivated everyone. 

It is these practical and down-to-earth training sessions that have enabled the HUAN GANG people to come with questions, leave with solutions, and become more professional, more confident, and more composed.
