Winter maintenance should be taken seriously. Intelligent dry mortar line maintenance guide

Release Date : 2025-11-12View : 26times
The efficient and stable operation of the mortar production line is the core to ensuring product quality and delivery efficiency. However, occasional equipment malfunctions and production halts are not sudden but result from the negligence of daily maintenance.
We have compiled a "Daily Maintenance List for Mortar Production Lines". Spending just a little time each day can effectively reduce the failure rate, extend the equipment's lifespan, and make production more efficient and cost-effective!

Intelligent mortar line
I. Raw Material Storage Warehouse
Top of the silo inspection: Check whether the dust collector on the top of the silo is working properly and whether the pulse jet is powerful. Is there any abnormality in the working sound? Ensuring the dust removal effect and the balance of air pressure inside the warehouse is the key to preventing materials from getting damp, caking and ensuring smooth feeding.

Ii. Bucket Elevator
Abnormal noise monitoring: When the machine is turned on and running, listen for any abnormal collision or friction sounds inside the motor, reducer and barrel.
Base inspection: Observe whether there is any accumulated material at the bottom of the base and clean it up in time to prevent the material from hardening and getting stuck.
Before the temperature drops, replace the gear oil of the reducer and the 2# lithium-based grease at the bearing points in time
Ensure a good seasonal transition for equipment lubrication.

Iii. Screw Conveyor
Operating current: Observe whether the operating current is within the normal range. Excessively high current may indicate internal material blockage or bearing damage.
Sealing inspection: Check for any material leakage at the connection points.
Oil replacement: The reducer can promptly replenish or replace the load 220 gear oil in the gear oil.
Dry-mixed mortar line
Iv. Weighing System
Clean zeroing: Under complete no-load conditions, check whether the readings on each metering scale have been reset to zero. If not accurate, calibrate immediately.
Sensor inspection: Inspect the weighing sensor and its surroundings to ensure there is no material accumulation or jamming that could affect accuracy.
Ensuring the "freedom" and "cleanliness" of the scale body is an effective way to obtain accurate proportioning.

V. Non-gravity Mixer
During operation, carefully listen for any abnormal friction or impact sounds from the main shaft bearings and blades.
After production stops, open the observation door and clean the residual materials adhering to the blades and the inner wall of the machine. Residual materials will harden and clump, seriously affecting the uniformity of mixing and accelerating equipment wear.
When changing the oil of the mixer, pay attention to: replace the gear oil of the reducer and the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station with 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Vi. Finished Product Silo
Device inspection: Test whether the wall vibrator of the warehouse is working properly and effectively. Keeping the materials "flowing" inside the warehouse is the core to prevent arching and blockage.

Vii. Valve Port Packaging Machine
Before and after each shift, clean the adhered materials on the impeller, discharge port and bag clamping device. Perform simple lubrication on moving parts (such as cylinder connecting rods).
Sealing ring inspection: Check whether the sealing ring at the discharge port is worn to prevent material leakage.
Calibration of the scale: Before each shift, use standard weights to calibrate the accuracy of the packaging scale.
Dry mortar mixing plant
During the daily operation of the equipment, the staff can integrate the above inspection items into a "Daily Inspection Form for Equipment", which should be handed over to the team for daily execution and signature confirmation, thus effectively implementing the preventive maintenance of mortar equipment.

Maintenance is not a cost but the investment with the highest return rate. The ten minutes spent on maintenance every day will bring you stable operation throughout the year without a break and a continuous stream of output value!
