Our fully automatic and eco-friendly wall putty powder processing system isdesigned for an annual output of 100,000 to 300,000 tons.  By adjusting rawmaterial formulations, it can produce various types of wall putty, includinginterior wall putty, exterior wall putty, standard putty, high-gloss putty, andgypsum-based putty.  Depending on the selected model, the hourly productioncapacity ranges from 10 to 30 tons.  This wall putty manufacturing systemfeatures a tower-type structure, with powder silos positioned at the top of themain tower.  The additive system utilizes an independent platform-basedmetering and pumping system, ensuring precise ingredient dosing.  Rawmaterials move downward through various processing stages, including theweighing section, mixing chamber, finished product storage, automatedpackaging, and palletizing system. 
To meet different formulation requirements, this dry mixing plant integratescomputerized weighing and dosing technology, allowing precise batchingbefore materials enter the high-efficiency mixer.  The blended putty powder isthen processed immediately for final packaging, The entire operation is fullyautomated and intelligently controlled, reducing labor requirements whileensuring consistency and efficiency.
