This is a complete set of fully automatic energy-saving special mortar equipment with an annual output of 80,000 to 300,000 tons per single line. According to the differences in the production capacity of the mixer, the structure of the scheme and the configuration, it is equipped with a sand-making system or a wet sand drying system to produce various dry-mixed mortars and special mortars. Depending on the selected model, 8 to 30 tons of special mortar can be produced per hour. 
 The main building of the production line has two structures: tower type and stepped type. The powder silo of the tower-type production line is installed on the top of the main building. The admixture system adopts an independent platform automatic metering and pumping system or an upper-mounted admixture automatic metering system. The aggregates pass through the metering layer, the mixer layer, the finished product silo, the bulk loader or packaging machine, and the palletizing line from top to bottom, and finally qualified products are produced. According to the formula requirements of the produced mortar, the high-precision weighing scale can be used in conjunction with computer measurement to precisely mix the ingredients. 
 After being stirred, packaged and stacked by the mixing host, the required special dry-mixed mortar can be produced immediately. It can also be used to manufacture most of the special mortar according to the formula. The entire process adopts an automated operation mode. The raw material silo of the stepped special mortar production equipment is located on the side of the main building. Its advantage is that the investment cost is lower than that of the tower structure, while the disadvantage is that it occupies a slightly larger area.
